Roof Mounted Air Driven Ventilators with Polycarbonate and F.R.P. base plate are wind driven natural Ventilation system. These ventilators expels hot, humid and moisture laden air from industrial buildings and provide a more comfortable clean working environment replacing summer heat and winter dam p with fresh air.

Natural Ventilation systems suits best by synergizing the exhaust through Roof mounted air driven ventilators, and fresh air intake via Louvers mounted on side walls.

Features:
imgMaintenance free and rotates freely due to the permanently lubricated bearing system.
imgEasy to handle and install with a variable pitch base, fitting all tile, metal and fiber cement roofs with pitches upto 450.
imgRemoves dampness and humidity.
img24 hour fresh air keeps workers active and healthy.

Benefits:
imgNo Operating Costs: Having a self contained wind powered design, there are no operational cost incurred.
imgReduced Power Costs: Proper ventilation provides a cooler, low humidity working environment, which reduces the need for costly air conditioning or industrial fans.
imgReduced Installation Costs: Due to the versatility of the variable pitch throat, installation costs are reduced as one unit fits most industrial application (00 to 22.50).
imgIncome Tax Benefit: Ventilators are 100% depreciable under Income tax laws giving huge benefits.
imgReduced Maintenance Costs: Rising damp and humidity cause corrosion of building structures, painted surface, metal fittings and electrical wiring. Proper ventilation eliminates these problems.

Common Uses:
Roof ventilation system is meant for warehouses, factories and workshops, Gyms, Tennis courts, Assembly halls, garages, toilets, laundries etc.

Calculating How many VENTILATORS:
imgDetermine the volume (VOL) of the building in cubic meters. (Length x Width x Height)
imgDependent on the building type, select the required Air Changes (A/C) per hour, from the table below
imgFrom local authority records, determine the typical wind sped, 6, 8, 10,12 or 16 km/h. This will establish the exhaust capacity M3 per Hour (Refer Table).
imgCalculate No. of Ventilators = VOL x A/C Exhaust Capacity M3/hr.

Recommended Air Changes (A/C) for Various Building Types:

Workshops3 to 8
Assembly Halls5 to 10
